Shipping and Returns: Your Complete Guide

Shipping Time:

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped in the order they are received and in-stock items are shipped normally within 1 business day of receiving your order. Ground shipments within the continental US are generally received 2-5 business days from shipment date. Most items in stock ship from Las Vegas, NV.

We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. 

Tracking information:

We will provide the freight carrier’s tracking information upon shipment. It can take up to a day for the carrier to update status and delivery estimates. We are not responsible for shipping delays by the freight carrier.

Shipments unable to be delivered:

If carrier is unable to deliver to address provided we will not be held liable for return costs of shipping. Customer will be held liable for any reshipping cost.

If Item is returned to us due to address incorrect we will not refund shipping costs.

Customers refusing a package will be charged for all shipping costs including return cost.

Under no circumstances can a customer redirect a shipment. Customer will be charged the cost of any charges if they do change an address.

International shipments:

Customer are responsible for any duties and customs costs. Customers using USPS will be held to following package progress. There are extreme delays. Our advice is to use UPS if you need the items shipped internationally. We will not return any shipping costs if the items are returned. We will not refund any money until items are returned and inspected.

Damaged or missing items:

If a shipment contains damaged, incorrect, or missing items, customers should contact us to report the issue as soon as possible so that we can discuss your options. In most cases we will require photos of the packaging and the items as they are received in the shipment.

Returns Information & Instructions

Stock products:

We want you to be thoroughly satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept the return of new, unused, undamaged stock products* within 30 days of delivered item received. Returns should be shipped to: CGS Returns, 6160 N. Hollywood Blvd. #106, Las Vegas, NV 89115. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping cost. We will inspect all items once returned. If used or damaged we will notify you and discuss your options.

Custom orders:

Products that are custom produced, ordered, or special cut products (casino cloth, foam, chips, etc.) are not eligible for return. We do not accept cancelations on any custom order once order is approved.
